Historic restoration and rewire is one of our specialties as well as rehab for sale and repair of code violation for occupancy inspection or resale.
For our commercial customers we offer lighting maintenance, exit/egress lighting, installation and testing, additional circuits and relocation of receptacles, as well as a variety of others projects.
